On June 18, 2021, the President of Poland Andrzej Duda visited Pińczów. After 11 a.m., he visited Gomar Pińczów. Together with the Owner Michał Górniak, the President of the Management Board Tomasz Karbowniczek and the management staff, he toured the plant.

The President pointed out that a Polish product can be easily recognized, among other things, by the barcode on the packaging. - This barcode, if it starts with 590 (...), it means that it was produced in Poland - said Andrzej Duda.
He noted that he is also in favor of introducing a regulation requiring large retail chains to always ensure that a certain percentage of the products they offer come from the local market. He is also in favor of the fact that the fiscal receipt should indicate which of the purchased products is manufactured in Poland.
